ImageInPixel provides a suite of online image editing tools that operate directly within your web browser. All image processing is performed client-side, meaning your images are not uploaded to, processed by, or stored on our servers. The Service is offered free of charge for personal and non-commercial use, unless otherwise specified for particular features or versions that may be introduced in the future.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for any content you process using the Service and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use such content. You agree not to use the Service to:

The Service and its original content (excluding any user-generated content that is processed client-side and remains on the user's device), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ImageInPixel and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of various countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ImageInPixel.

You retain all rights to the images you process with the Service. We claim no ownership over your content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ImageInPixel makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, ImageInPixel disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. ImageInPixel does not warrant that the Service, its servers (if any in the future for non-core functionalities), or e-mail sent from ImageInPixel are free of viruses or other harmful components. ImageInPixel will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Service, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ImageInPixel, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii.1) any content obtained from the Service (this is less applicable as content is client-side); (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
